공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(준용)

이 영에 규정된 사항 이외에 법의 시행을 위하여 필요한 사항은 주무관청이 정하되, 따로 정한 사항이 없는 때에는 성질에 반하지 아니하는 한 공익법인 이외의 비영리법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
