공장 및 광업재단 저당법 제26조(공장재단의 분할에 따른 관할 변경)

공장재단의 분할로 새로 성립한 공장재단으로서 그 등기소의 관할 구역에 공장재단을 구성하는 공장이 없어지게 되는 경우 등기소는 분할등기를 한 후 지체 없이 전산정보처리조직을 이용하여 그 공장재단에 관한 등기기록의 처리권한을 제25조에 따른 공장재단의 관할 등기소로 넘겨주는 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.10>
