Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Public Health Scholarships, Article 9-2 (Calculation of the Amount of National Treasury Funds to Be Refunded)

①법 제8조제1항 및 동조제2항의 규정에 의하여 국고에 반환하여야 할 장학금의 금액은 다음과 같다.

1. 법 제8조제1항의 경우지급받은 장학금에 법정이자를 가산한 금액으로 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 가산하는 법정이자는 장학금을 지급받은 날로부터 지급받은 장학금을 반환하여야 할 사유가 발생한 날까지의 일수와 민법에 의한 법정이율에 의하여 계산한다. 다만, 병역법에 의한 병역복무기간 기타 법률의 규정에 의한 의무이행기간, 면허조건을 이행한 기간 및 법 제6조제2항의 규정에 의한 조건이행의 유예기간은 이를 산입하지 아니한다.
