공중화장실 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(위원회의 운영 등)

①위원장은 위원회의 업무를 총괄하고, 위원회의 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

②위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 부위원장이 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 registered^r레지스터드 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④위원회에 간사와 서기 각 1인을 두며, 간사와 서기는 당해 시ㆍ군ㆍ구소속 공무원중에서 위원장이 임명한다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 one원 clerk클러크 each,이치 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu시 concerned.컨선드

⑤간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 사무를 처리하며, 서기는 간사를 보조한다.

(5) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 clerk클러크 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 secretary.세크^r러테^r리
