공직자윤리법 제14조의7(신탁재산에 관한 정보제공금지 등)

① 제14조의4제1항 또는 제14조의6제2항에 따라 주식백지신탁계약이 체결된 경우 공개대상자등 및 그 이해관계자는 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」 제91조 및 제113조에도 불구하고 신탁업자ㆍ집합투자업자ㆍ투자회사ㆍ투자매매업자 또는 투자중개업자에 대하여 신탁재산의 관리ㆍ운용ㆍ처분에 관한 내용의 공개 등 정보의 제공을 요구할 수 없으며, 신탁업자ㆍ집합투자업자ㆍ투자회사ㆍ투자매매업자 또는 투자중개업자는 공개대상자등 또는 그 이해관계자의 정보 제공 요구에 응하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 신탁업자ㆍ집합투자업자ㆍ투자회사ㆍ투자매매업자 또는 투자중개업자는 신탁재산을 처분한 후 그로 인하여 양도소득세 등 납세의무가 발생하는 경우 공개대상자등 및 그 이해관계자가 이를 자진 납부할 수 있도록 납세의무 이행에 필요한 정보를 해당 공개대상자등 또는 이해관계자에게 통지할 수 있다.
