공탁법 제11조(물품공탁의 처리)

공탁물 보관자는 오랫동안 보관하여 공탁된 물품이 그 본래의 기능을 다하지 못하게 되는 등의 특별한 사정이 있으면 공탁 당사자에게 적절한 기간을 정하여 수령을 최고(催告)하고 그 기간에 수령하지 아니하면 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 공탁된 물품을 매각하여 그 대금을 공탁하거나 폐기할 수 있다.
