공탁법 제13조(공탁관의 조치)

① 공탁관은 제12조에 따른 이의신청이 이유 있다고 인정하면 신청의 취지에 따르는 처분을 하고 그 내용을 이의신청인에게 알려야 한다.

② 공탁관은 이의신청이 이유 없다고 인정하면 이의신청서를 받은 날부터 5일 이내에 이의신청서에 의견을 첨부하여 관할 지방법원에 송부하여야 한다.
