공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(감정평가비용의 납부고지 등)

① 법 제14조제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비율"이란 30퍼센트를 말한다.

② 시설관리자 또는 사업시행자는 법 제14조제2항 본문에 따라 감정평가 의뢰 후 매수청구인이 같은 항 단서에 해당하는 사유 없이 매수청구의 철회를 통보하는 경우에는 해당 토지에 대한 감정평가 비용의 전부를 매수청구인으로 하여금 부담하게 할 수 있다.

③ 시설관리자 또는 사업시행자는 제2항에 따라 매수청구의 철회를 통보받은 날부터 7일 이내에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 감정평가비용의 납부고지서를 매수청구인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 제3항에 따라 감정평가비용의 납부 고지를 받은 매수청구인은 그 고지를 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 고지된 감정평가비용을 시설관리자 또는 사업시행자에게 내야 한다.
