공항시설관리권등록령 제40조(등록필증의 교부)

①등록공무원은 신청에 의한 등록을 완료한 때에는 등록원인을 증명하는 서류 또는 신청서의 부본에 신청서의 접수연월일, 접수번호, 표시번호 또는 순위번호, 등록연월일 및 등록완료의 뜻을 기재한 후 국토교통부장관의 직인을 날인하여 이를 등록권리자에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②등록공무원은 직권 또는 촉탁에 의한 등록을 완료한 때에는 제1항의 규정에 준하여 작성한 서면을 등록권리자에게 교부하여야 한다.

③등록공무원은 제30조의 규정에 의하여 채무자인 등록권리자를 대위하여 채권자가 행한 신청에 따라 등록을 완료한 때에는 제1항의 서면을 채권자에게 교부하고 등록완료의 뜻을 채무자인 등록권리자에게 통지하여야 한다.
