공항시설관리권등록령 제43조(회복등록)

①말소된 등록의 회복을 신청하는 경우로서 등록에 관하여 이해관계가 있는 제3자가 있는 때에는 신청서에 그 승낙서 또는 이에 대항할 수 있는 재판의 등본을 첨부하여야 한다.

②회복등록의 신청에 의하여 등록을 회복하는 때에는 회복의 취지를 기재하고, 말소된 등록과 동일한 등록을 하여야 한다. 다만, 일부가 말소된 경우에는 부기에 의하여 다시 그 사항을 등록하여야 한다.
