과학기술유공자 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 제5조(지원계획의 수립 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 과학기술유공자의 예우 및 지원에 관한 계획(이하 "지원계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 plan플랜 for^f포 honorable아너^r러블 treatment트^r릿먼트 and앤드 support서포트 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 of어^v브 distinguished디스팅귀시트 service서^v비스 in인 science사이언스 and앤드 technology텍날러지 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "support서포트 plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years.이어즈

② 지원계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 support서포트 plan플랜 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 지원계획을 작성하고, 「국가과학기술자문회의법」에 따른 국가과학기술자문회의의 심의를 거쳐 이를 확정하여야 한다(이를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다). 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2018.1.16>

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 지원계획에 따른 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 under언더 the^ð더 support서포트 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "implementation임플러멘테이션 plan").플랜

⑤ 지원계획 및 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
