Enforcement Decree of the Tourism Promotion and Development Fund Act, Article 12-2 (Payment of Contributions into the Fund)
부과권자는 납부금을 부과ㆍ징수한 경우에는 지체 없이 납부금을 기금계정에 납입하여야 한다.
Where the imposing authority has imposed and collected contributions, it shall pay the contributions into the Fund account without delay.
