Enforcement Decree of the Tourism Promotion and Development Fund Act, Article 17 (Expenditure Obligation Acts of the Fund)
기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 할 경우에는 제15조에 따라 배정받은 지출 한도액을 초과하여서는 아니 된다.
When the Fund financial officer performs an act of incurring expenditure obligation, he or she shall not exceed the expenditure limit allocated under Article 15.
