관세법 제45조(관세체납정리위원회)

Customs Act, Article 45 (Customs Duty Arrears Settlement Committee)

① 관세(세관장이 징수하는 내국세등을 포함한다)의 체납정리에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 세관에 관세체납정리위원회를 둘 수 있다
