광산피해의 방지 및 복구에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(등록의 취소 등)

① 법 제15조제1항제5호에서 "대통령령이 정하는 중요한 일부"란 별표 1 제2호 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사업을 함에 있어 그 사업의 핵심공법 또는 핵심기술이 포함된 공사를 말한다. <개정 2008.9.30>
