광업법 제47조(성질 및 처분의 제한)

①조광권은 물권으로 하고, 이 법에서 따로 정한 경우 외에는 부동산에 관한 「민법」과 그 밖의 법령의 규정을 준용한다.

②조광권은 상속이나 그 밖의 일반승계의 경우 외에는 권리의 목적으로 하거나 타인이 행사하게 할 수 없다. <개정 2016.1.6>
