광업법 제55조(행위의 효력의 승계)

①조광권의 설정 또는 조광구의 증가가 있을 때에는 이 법에 따라 채굴권자가 행한 절차와 그 밖의 행위는 조광권의 범위에서 조광권자에게도 효력을 가진다. <개정 2010.1.27>

②조광권의 소멸 또는 조광구의 감소가 있을 때에는 이 법에 따라 조광권자가 행한 절차와 그 밖의 행위는 채굴권의 범위에서 채굴권자에게도 효력을 가진다. 다만, 채굴권이 소멸하여 조광권이 소멸한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.1.27>
