교원자격검정령 시행규칙 제18조(시험검정의 첨부서류)

① 시험검정을 받으려는 사람은 별지 제10호서식의 교원자격시험검정원서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2022.12.13>

② 교육감은 제1항에 따라 시험검정을 신청한 사람이 「유아교육법」 제22조의2제2호ㆍ제3호 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제21조의2제2호ㆍ제3호에 따른 범죄의 경력이 있는지 조회해 줄 것을 국가경찰관서의 장에게 요청(「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통한 조회 요청을 포함한다)하여야 한다. <신설 2022.12.13>

③ 교육감은 제2항에 따른 조회를 요청할 때에는 해당 신청인의 동의를 받아야 하며, 신청인이 조회에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 성범죄 경력 조회 회신서를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2022.12.13>
