교육공무원 승진규정 제22조(평정의 채점)

①교감등의 근무성적의 평정점은 100점을 만점으로 하되, 평정자의 평정점과 확인자의 평정점을 각각 50퍼센트로 환산한 후 그 환산된 점수를 합산하여 산출한다. <개정 2007.5.25>

②확인자가 교감등의 근무성적을 평정할 때에는 근무성적평정확인위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2007.5.25>

③제2항의 규정에 의한 근무성적평정확인위원회는 근무성적평정확인자가 소속된 기관에 설치하되, 그 구성 및 운영등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 설치기관의 장이 정한다.
