교육공무원 승진규정 제28조의3(평정표 등)

① 근무성적평정표는 별지 제4호서식에 따르고, 다면평가표는 별지 제4호의2서식에 따르며, 근무성적평정 및 다면평가 합산표는 별지 제4호의3서식에 따른다.

② 승진후보자명부작성권자는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 교육부장관이 정하는 범위 안에서 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 근무성적평정표 및 다면평가표의 요소별 점수를 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
