교육공무원 승진규정 제33조(교육성적의 평정점)

①교육성적은 다음 계산방식에 의하여 평정하되, 교육성적이 만점의 8할 미만(교육성적이 없는 경우를 포함한다)일 때에는 그 성적을 만점의 8할로 하여 평정한다. 다만, 교육성적이 만점의 6할 미만일 때에는 평정하지 아니한다. <개정 2002.6.25, 2007.5.25>

②자격연수성적을 평정함에 있어서 하나의 자격연수가 분할 실시되어 그 성적이2이상인 때에는 이들 성적을 합산 평균하여 자격연수성적으로 평정한다.

③직무연수성적 및 자격연수성적을 평정함에 있어서 그 성적이 평어로 평가되어 있는 때에는 다음의 성적으로 평정한다. <개정 2000.2.28>
