교육공무원 승진규정 제45조(동점자의 순위결정)

Regulations on the Promotion of Educational Public Officials, Article 45 (Determination of Ranking of Persons with Tied Scores)

①명부의 작성에 있어서 동점자가 2인이상인 때에는 다음 각호의 순위에 의하여 그 순위자를 결정한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여서도 순위가 결정되지 아니할 때에는 명부작성권자가 그순위를 결정한다.
