교육기본법 제5조(교육의 자주성 등)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 교육의 자주성과 전문성을 보장하여야 하며, 국가는 지방자치단체의 교육에 관한 자율성을 존중하여야 한다. <신설 2021.9.24>
