Regulations on Promotion and Appointment of Correctional Public Officials, Article 5 (Special Promotion and Appointment)

① 6급 이하 공무원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 「국가공무원법」 제40조의4제1항제2호에 따라 특별승진임용할 수 있다. <개정 2018.10.2>

1. 수용자의 자해행위 또는 재난 등의 위험으로부터 수용자의 신체ㆍ생명을 보호하는 데 공이 있는 경우

② 임용권자가 소속 6급 이하 공무원을 특별승진임용할 경우에는 법무부 보통승진심사위원회의 심사를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2018.10.2>
