교통안전법 시행령 제40조(교통안전정보관리체계의 구축 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제52조제1항에 따라 교통안전에 관한 정보와 교통사고관련자료등(이하 이 조에서 "교통안전정보"라 한다)을 통합적으로 유지ㆍ관리할 수 있도록 국토교통부령으로 정하는 교통안전정보를 교통안전정보관리체계로 구축하여 관리ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
