국가경찰과 자치경찰의 조직 및 운영에 관한 법률 제28조(시ㆍ도경찰청장)

① 시ㆍ도경찰청에 시ㆍ도경찰청장을 두며, 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 치안정감ㆍ치안감(治安監) 또는 경무관(警務官)으로 보한다.
