Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on National Geospatial Information, Article 19 (Prevention of Redundant Investment)

① 관리기관의 장(민간기관의 장은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 법 제29조제2항에 따라 수립하는 공간정보데이터베이스의 구축 및 관리에 관한 계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2015.6.1>
