국가공무원법 제17조의3(공익신고 등 신고자 등에 대한 보호)

State Public Officials Act, Article 17-3 (Protection of Persons Who Make Public Interest Reports)

① 누구든지 공무원이 다음 각 호의 신고를 하지 못하도록 방해하거나 신고를 취소하도록 강요하여서는 아니 되며, 신고자에게 신고나 이와 관련한 진술, 그 밖에 자료 제출 등을 이유로 불이익조치를 하여서는 아니 된다.
