국가공무원 복무규정 제6조의3(겸임근무)

① 법 제32조의3에 따라 겸임근무하는 사람은 복무에 관하여 본직기관의 장의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받는다. 다만, 겸임 업무와 관련한 복무에 관하여는 겸임기관의 장의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받는다.

② 겸임근무하는 사람이 겸임 업무와 관련하여 징계 사유에 해당하게 되었을 때에는 그 겸임기관의 장은 그 겸임근무자의 본직기관의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
