Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission, Article 21 (Dismissal of Members, etc.)

국가교육위원회의 위원장은 국민참여위원회의 위원, 전문위원회의 위원, 특별위원회의 위원 또는 전문위원(이하 이 조에서 "위원등"이라 한다)이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원등을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
