국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제15조(회의)

① 위원회는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 또는 재적위원 4분의 1 이상의 요구가 있을 때 위원장이 소집한다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 commence커멘스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

③ 위원회의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 위원회가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 의결로 공개하지 아니할 수 있다.

④ 위원장은 상정된 안건의 협의를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 안건과 관련된 관계 중앙행정기관ㆍ지방자치단체나 그 밖의 관계기관ㆍ단체의 장 또는 민간전문가를 회의에 참석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 위원회는 회의록을 작성ㆍ보존하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 preserve프^r러저^v브 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 meetings.미팅즈

⑥ 그 밖에 위원회의 회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회가 정한다.

(6) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 Commission.커미션
