국가를 당사자로 하는 소송에 관한 법률 제11조(소송비용의 계상)

① 국가소송의 비용은 법무부 소관의 예산에 일괄 계상(計上)한다.

② 국가소송의 비용 중 특별회계로 운영되는 사무 또는 사업에 관한 비용은 법무부 세입징수관이 발행하는 고지서에 의하여 그 특별회계에서 법무부 소관 일반회계로 세입(歲入) 조치한다.
