국가를 당사자로 하는 소송에 관한 법률 제8조(소송총괄관의 임명)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 법무 및 송무 사무를 담당하는 4급 이상의 소속 직원 중에서 소관 소송사무를 총괄할 소송총괄관 1명을 임명하여야 한다.

② 소송총괄관은 소관 소송사무에 관하여 법무부장관의 지휘를 받아야 한다.

③ 소송총괄관은 해당 기관의 소송에 관하여 소송수행자로 지정된 그 기관의 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.
