Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment of Organizations for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, etc., Article 2 (Preferential Sale of State-Owned Property and Public Property)

「국가유공자 등 단체 설립에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제13조의2제4항에서 "해당 계약의 내용과 조건 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.
