국가재정법 제55조(예산불확정 시의 예산집행)

①정부는 국회에서 부득이한 사유로 회계연도 개시 전까지 예산안이 의결되지 못한 때에는 「헌법」 제54조제3항의 규정에 따라 예산을 집행하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 따라 집행된 예산은 해당 연도의 예산이 확정된 때에는 그 확정된 예산에 따라 집행된 것으로 본다. <개정 2020.6.9>
