국가재정법 제74조(기금운용심의회)

①기금관리주체는 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 중요한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 기금별로 기금운용심의회(이하 "심의회"라 한다)를 설치하여야 한다. 다만, 심의회를 설치할 필요가 없다고 인정되는 기금의 경우에는 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 설치하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2025.10.1>

②다음 각 호의 사항은 심의회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2020.6.9>

③심의회의 위원장은 기금관리주체의 장이 되며, 위원은 위원장이 위촉하되, 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 공무원이 아닌 사람을 2분의 1 이상 위촉하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

④그 밖에 심의회의 구성과 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(4) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 다른 법률에 따라 설치된 위원회 등은 이를 심의회로 보며, 그 위원회 등이 다른 법률에 따라 심의하여야 하는 사항은 제2항 각 호의 심의사항에 해당하는 것으로 본다.
