국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제38조(복합환승센터 개발 기본계획의 수립 및 변경 절차)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제44조제1항에 따른 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획(이하 "복합환승센터 개발 기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립하려는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장으로부터 관련 계획 또는 자료를 제출받아 이를 기초로 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획안을 작성하여 시ㆍ도지사의 의견을 듣고 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획의 내용 중 복합환승센터의 토지ㆍ시설 등의 공급계획의 100분의 10 이상을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 국토교통부장관은 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획을 수립하거나 변경하였을 때에는 이를 관보에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 관계 행정기관의 장은 필요한 경우에는 국토교통부장관에게 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획을 변경하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 관계 행정기관의 장은 제3항에 따라 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획의 변경을 요청할 때에는 국토교통부장관에게 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 서류를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 국토교통부장관은 관계 행정기관에 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획을 수립하거나 변경하는 데에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구하거나 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관의 요구나 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 국토교통부장관은 제5항에 따라 복합환승센터 개발 기본계획의 수립 또는 변경에 필요한 자료를 요구하거나 협조를 요청할 때에는 그 자료 또는 협조의 내용과 제출기간을 명확히 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
