Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 85 (Designation of Institutions Dedicated to Standardization of Transport Technologies)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제96조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호에 해당하는 기관 중에서 교통기술의 표준화에 관한 업무를 전담하는 기관(이하 "교통기술 표준화전담기관"이라 한다)을 지정하였을 때에는 이를 관보에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.5.22>
