국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제95조(연구ㆍ개발사업의 참여 제한기간 및 절차)

① 법 제99조제1항 각 호의 위반에 따른 연구ㆍ개발사업의 참여 제한기간은 별표 2와 같다.

② 법 제99조제1항에 따라 연구ㆍ개발사업의 참여 제한 조치를 받은 자가 연구ㆍ개발사업에 참여하기 위해서는 제89조제2항에 따른 연구ㆍ개발계획서의 신청마감일 전날까지 참여 제한기간이 종료되어야 한다.

③ 분야별 전담기관의 장은 제90조제1항에 따라 협약을 체결하는 경우 협약에서 정하는 바에 따라 참여 제한 조치를 하기 전에 조치의 내용 및 근거, 협약위반 사실 등을 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다는 내용과 당사자가 이 통지를 받은 날로부터 14일 이내에 참여 제한 조치에 대한 의견을 제시할 수 있다는 사실을 협약서에 포함시켜야 한다.
