국가통합교통체계효율화법 제91조(한국 지능형교통체계협회의 설립)

① 교통체계지능화사업을 경영하는 자 또는 이와 관련된 업무에 종사하는 자는 육상ㆍ해상ㆍ항공 교통 분야 지능형교통체계를 효율적으로 구축ㆍ운영하고 지능형교통체계의 발전기반을 조성하기 위하여 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 한국 지능형교통체계협회(이하 이 장에서 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 upon어판 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 협회의 회원 자격 및 임원에 관한 사항 등은 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 members멤버즈 and앤드 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 국토교통부장관은 협회의 운영이 법령 또는 정관에 위배된다고 인정할 때에는 그 정관 또는 사업계획의 변경이나 임원의 개임을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
