국민건강보험법 제114조(출연금의 용도 등)

① 공단은 「국민연금법」, 「산업재해보상보험법」, 「고용보험법」 및 「임금채권보장법」에 따라 국민연금기금, 산업재해보상보험및예방기금, 고용보험기금 및 임금채권보장기금으로부터 각각 지급받은 출연금을 제14조제1항제11호에 따른 업무에 소요되는 비용에 사용하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 지급받은 출연금의 관리 및 운용 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
