국민연금법 제101조(기금의 설치 및 조성)

National Pension Act, Article 101 (Establishment and Creation of the Fund)

① 보건복지부장관은 국민연금사업에 필요한 재원을 원활하게 확보하고, 이 법에 따른 급여에 충당하기 위한 책임준비금으로서 국민연금기금(이하 이 장에서 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
