국민연금법 제122조의2(수급자에 대한 확인조사)

① 공단은 수급자 및 수급자에 대한 급여의 적정성을 확인하기 위하여 매년 연간조사계획을 수립하고 수급자의 사망ㆍ이혼ㆍ생계유지 여부 등에 관한 조사를 실시하여야 한다.

② 공단은 제1항에 따른 연간조사계획과 실시 결과를 제41조제1항 및 제2항을 준용하여 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 공단은 수급자, 그 배우자 또는 그 밖의 관계인이 제1항에 따른 조사를 두 번 이상 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 경우에는 수급자에 대한 급여 지급을 정지 또는 중지할 수 있다. 이 경우 서면으로 그 이유를 분명하게 밝혀 수급자에게 통지하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 조사의 범위ㆍ방법 및 시기 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
