국민연금법 제47조(업무 위탁)

① 공단은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 대여금 상환금의 수납, 급여ㆍ대여금의 지급에 관한 업무, 그 밖에 그 업무의 일부를 다른 법령에 따른 사회보험 업무를 수행하는 법인, 체신관서, 금융기관, 그 밖의 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2009.5.21>

② 제1항에 따라 공단이 위탁할 수 있는 업무와 위탁받을 수 있는 자의 범위는 대통령령으로 정한다.
