National Defense Career Transition Education Institute Act, Article 5 (Articles of Association)

① 교육원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

② 교육원은 정관을 변경하려면 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 국방부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
