국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조의2(풍력에너지 기반시설용 대부등의 비용 부담)

① 법 제21조제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 국유림"이란 「산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제37조제2항에 따라 경제림육성단지로 지정된 국유림을 말한다.

② 산림청장은 풍력에너지 기반시설용으로 제1항에 따른 국유림의 대부등을 받은 자에게 법 제21조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 산정된 산림사업에 든 비용을 부과할 수 있다. 다만, 제17조제2항제1호 본문에 따른 범위 내에서만 풍력에너지 기반시설을 설치하는 경우에는 비용의 납부를 면제한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 비용의 납부기한은 그 납부를 고지한 날부터 60일 이내로 한다. 이 경우 제2항에 따른 비용은 대부등을 받아 사용을 시작하기 전에 이를 납부해야 한다.
