국유재산법 제65조의5(정부배당의 결정)

① 정부배당대상기업은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정부배당결정과 관련한 자료를 총괄청과 중앙관서의 장에게 각각 제출하여야 한다.

② 정부배당대상기업은 정부배당을 결정하는 경우 이사회ㆍ주주총회 등 정부배당결정 관련 절차를 거치기 전에 총괄청과 중앙관서의 장과 각각 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
