국유재산에매장된물건의발굴에관한규정 제3조(관장기관)

①매장물의 발굴에 관한 사무는 국유의 토지 기타의 물건에 매장되어 있는 경우에는 그 토지 기타의 물건을 관리하는 중앙관서의 장 또는 그 위임을 받은 지방행정기관이나 지방자치단체의 장이, 바다에 매장되어 있는 경우에는 해양수산부장관 또는 그 위임을 받은 지방해양수산청장이 각각 이를 관장한다. <개정 1997.5.24, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2015.1.6>

②매장물이 「군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법」에 의한 군사시설 안에 매장되어 있는 경우에는 제1항의 규정에 불구하고 국방부장관 또는 그 위임을 받은 군부대나 기관의 장이 그 발굴에 관한 사무를 관장한다. <개정 2008.9.22>
