국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제14조(국유ㆍ공유 재산의 임대료 감면 등)

① 법 제29조제3항에 따라 국유ㆍ공유 재산의 임대료를 감면받으려는 외국투자기관은 해당 국유재산의 중앙관서의 장(「국유재산법」 제28조 또는 제42조제1항에 따라 위임 또는 위탁을 받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다) 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 감면 신청을 하여야 한다.

(1) A어 foreign^f포^r런 investment인^v베스트먼트 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 receive^r러시^v브 a어 reduction^r러덕션 or오 exemption이그젬프션 of어^v브 rent^r렌트 for^f포 State스테잇 or오 public퍼블릭 property프^r라퍼티 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 29 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 for^f포 the^ð더 reduction^r러덕션 or오 exemption이그젬프션 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 central센트^r럴 government거^v버먼트 agency에이전시 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð더 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 concerned컨선드 (including인클루딩 a어 person퍼슨 delegated델러게이티드 or오 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 under언더 Article아터클 28 or오 Article아터클 42 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 State스테잇 Property프^r라퍼티 Act;액트 hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 the^ð더 same세임 applies)어플라이즈 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 concerned.컨선드

② 법 제29조제3항에 따른 국유ㆍ공유 재산의 임대료는 해당 국유ㆍ공유 재산의 가액(價額)에 1천분의 10 이상의 요율을 곱하여 계산한 금액으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 rent^r렌트 for^f포 State스테잇 or오 public퍼블릭 property프^r라퍼티 under언더 Article아터클 29 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 the^ð디 amount어마운트 calculated캘큘레이티드 by바이 multiplying멀터플라이잉 the^ð더 value^v밸류 of어^v브 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 public퍼블릭 property프^r라퍼티 by바이 a어 rate^r레잇 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 10/1,000.

③ 법 제29조제3항에 따른 국유재산의 임대료의 감면율은 해당 국유재산의 임대료의 100분의 100의 범위에서 해당 국유재산의 중앙관서의 장이 정한다.

(3) The^ð더 rate^r레잇 of어^v브 reduction^r러덕션 or오 exemption이그젬프션 of어^v브 rent^r렌트 for^f포 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 under언더 Article아터클 29 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 central센트^r럴 government거^v버먼트 agency에이전시 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð더 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 concerned컨선드 within위^ð딘 100/100 of어^v브 the^ð더 rent^r렌트 for^f포 the^ð더 State스테잇 property.프^r라퍼티

④ 법 제29조제3항에 따른 공유재산의 임대료 감면 대상사업 및 임대료의 감면율 등 세부적인 사항은 고용 창출, 지구 및 지역 경제 활성화에 미치는 영향 등을 고려하여 해당 지방자치단체가 조례로 정한다.
