국제수형자이송법 제15조(외국법원 판결의 효력)

국내이송에 의하여 국내이송대상수형자에게 선고된 자유형을 국내에서 집행함에 있어서 그 외국법원의 판결은 대한민국 법률에 의한 대한민국 법원의 판결과 동일한 효력이 있는 것으로 본다.
